The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom - All Shop Locations & Inventories
Shops in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom are one of the more consistent ways to purchase various potions and ingredients in the land of Hyrule. Several of these shops also carry unique items, called accessories, that can grant Zelda powerful boosts for her adventure.
Each shop has a basic inventory with a maximum of four items, but these items can change based on story progression or to replace one-time purchase items, like accessories. You can also sell items to shops, such as smoothies, to get a large amount of Rupees in a short period of time. Here are the full inventories of each shop.
Gerudo Shop
Ingredients, Potions, & Sandals
The Gerudo Shop is located in the Gerudo Village in the desert, and can be accessed early in the game. The first time you enter, it will have two ingredients, a potion, and the Gerudo Sandals for purchase. The Sandals are especially useful in the Gerudo Desert region, as they allow Zelda to safely walk across quicksand.
Item Price Gerudo Sandals 400 Rupees Red Potion 30 Rupees Chilly Cactus 30 Rupees Warm Pepper 50 Rupees Blue Potion 30 Rupees
You can purchase the Chilly Cactus and Warm Pepper ingredients to use in temperature-resistant smoothies or potions, or buy a Red Potion to recover five hearts of Zelda's health. When you return after purchasing the Gerudo Sandals, redditor Edam_Cheese confirms the inventory space will now be replaced with a Blue Potion, which recovers energy for the Swordfighter Form.
Suthorn Village Shop
Stock Up On Potions & A Piece Of Heart
The first visit to Suthorn Village's shop will only have a Red Potion and Floral Nectar up for grabs as items that can be purchased repeatedly. However, rather than having an accessory, you'll instead find a Piece of Heart, one of the limited resources to help increase Zelda's total max health.
Item Price Piece of Heart 80 Rupees Red Potion 30 Rupees Floral Nectar 30 Rupees Blue Potion 30 Rupees Purple Potion 50 Rupees
After you purchase the Piece of Heart and clear the Suthorn Ruins, you can return to find a Blue Potion instead of the Piece of Heart, and a Purple Potion in the previously empty spot. This is one of the first locations to purchase a Purple Potion, which will heal Zelda for three hearts and recover five energy for the Swordfighter Form.
Seesyde Village Shop
Shop On The Seaside Pier
On the way to Jabul Waters, players will most likely walk along the beach and pass by Seesyde Village, a cozy town on the docks of Zora Cove. In the upper-right house boat, players will find a humble shop with three potions.
Item Price Red Potion 30 Rupees Blue Potion 30 Rupees Purple Potion 50 Rupees
This shop is somewhat simple, only having the three different variations of potions for sale. However, it is not very far from a Smoothie Shop, where Zelda can mix up smoothies to use as buffs, or to sell for a profit.
Related The Legend Of Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom - How To Farm Rupees Fast Getting Rupees fast is an essential part of any Legend of Zelda game, and this is no less the case in Echoes of Wisdom as you traverse Hyrule.
The Smoothie Shop is located to the East along the beach. You can easily farm Bubble Kelp along the bottom of the lake, mix up some Mango Smoothies, and go sell them back at Seesyde without having to travel much!
Sea Zora Shop
Underwater Shop With Simple Stuff
The Sea Zora Village is not far from Seesyde, but might be easy to miss at first. By taking a swim in the lake and heading East, you'll come across a small atoll with a fish statue sticking out from the water. Along the south wall is a door Zelda can dive down to enter.
Item Price Blue Potion 30 Rupees Red Potion 30 Rupees Bubble Kelp 25 Rupees
She'll emerge in the small Sea Zora Village, which has a few different points of interest, namely the Sea Zora Shop on the left side of the village. Here, you can find a Red or Blue Potion, or stock up on Bubble Kelp if you don't want to manually farm it.
River Zora Shop
Stock To Help With Swimming
Heading north into the Zora River, you'll eventually work your way to the River Zora Village, which consists of several reed huts at the base of a waterfall. Enter the River Zora Shop, and you'll see several basic wares, but also the Zora's Flippers. This accessory will help Zelda swim much faster when they are worn.
Item Price Zora's Flippers 350 Rupees Red Potion 30 Rupees Blue Potion 30 Rupees Riverhorse 40 Rupees Purple Potion 50 Rupees
Once purchased, the shop inventory will later refresh to include a Purple Potion. You can now buy all three potion types, or you can stock up on Riverhorse, an ingredient that can be used to increase your swim speed even further. Consider mixing up Rapid Smoothies and equipping your new Zora's Flippers when swimming long distances, or if challenging a boss in a water arena, such as the Lord Jabu-Jabu fight.
Kakariko Village Shop
Potions & Purple Grapes, Plus A Climbing Aid
Once you reach Kakariko Village, swing by the shop to have the chance to purchase an expensive yet useful accessory: the Climbing Band. This is a very useful item that increases the speed at which Zelda climbs ladders and walls. Unfortunately, it's not cheap, requiring 500 Rupees to purchase it.
Item Price Climbing Band 500 Rupees Red Potion 30 Rupees Purple Potion 50 Rupees Refreshing Grapes 40 Rupees Blue Potion 30 Rupees
After purchasing the Climbing Band, it will later be replaced with the Blue Potion. You can then purchase any of the three potions from the shop, or grab some Refreshing Grapes. These grapes can be used in smoothies to increase their health recovery by a significant amount, and tend to be more cost-effective than purchasing Red or Purple Potions.
Goron Shop
Rock-Related Wares
Close
After putting your new Climbing Band to use by scaling the sheer cliffs of Eldin Volcano Trail, you'll eventually find yourself at Eldin Volcano and the Goron City. Unfortunately, the city has recently been plagued by a rift, and the Gorons need Zelda's help to recover their city.
Item Price Red Potion 30 Rupees Blue Potion 30 Rupees Rocktato 25 Rupees Rock Salt 30 Rupees
Due to the rift, you'll only be able to purchase a Red or Blue Potion at first from the store. However, once you clear the rift, you can return to find the second stall restored. This table has two rock-themed ingredients for you to buy: Rocktatoes and Rock Salt. Rocktatoes can be used to further boost your climbing speed, but honestly, there are plenty of Echoes that can help you get around even faster.
Hyrule Castle Town Shop
Shuttered Shop Needing Rescue
Similar to the Goron Shop, you'll first encounter the Hyrule Castle Town Shop while exploring a rift that has taken over Hyrule Castle. Unfortunately, there are no available items for you yet, as the shop has been overrun by shadowy enemies. Sadly, the displays are all empty.
Item Price Stone Anklet 400 Rupees Radiant Butter 50 Rupees Electro Apple 30 Rupees Red Potion 30 Rupees Purple Potion 50 Rupees
However, after clearing the rift and saving Hyrule Castle Town, you can now freely go shopping. Here, you can purchase the unique Stone Anklet accessory, which gives Zelda a buff to reduce the Knockback effect. Once you purchase this, redditor mariodude6 has confirmed that this accessory will be replaced with a Purple Potion to go alongside the Blue and Red potions.
If you need help on any part of your playthrough, YouTuber Shirrako has a full 15 hour walkthrough, containing every quest and dungeon needed to beat the game.
You can also purchase Radiant Butter and Electro Apple to use in more smoothies. The Radiant Butter ingredient may seem plain at first, as it only grants a Glow ability to Zelda, but mixing it up with a Monster Fang will create a potion that grants five full minutes of Glow, allowing Zelda to illuminate dark dungeons. There are several shadowy dungeons in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom where it is difficult to see pits and drop-offs, but this potion can make them much easier to safely clear.
