Find The Vault In 2 Ways

Since Vault 13 isn't marked on the map, you will need to figure out its location using other means. The first and the most cost-effective way to find the Vault is by giving a drink to a character called Saltbeef Bob at Roger Westin's ranch. Bob will reveal that Doc Jubilee stole his map to Vault 13 in Fallout 2 so The Chosen One can later talk to the doctor, and if he buys his Elvis painting, the map will be hidden inside.

Players can also learn the location of Vault 13 by accessing a computer in Vault 15.

The other method is to work for Sheriff Dumont and accept the quest to stop the Brahmin raids. If you have 100% on your Outdoorsman skill, you will be able to hunt down the Deathclaws behind the raids straight to Vault 13.

The final way to learn Vault 13's location is to go to Vault 15, another major Vault from Fallout Canon. However, you need to have enough science Skills to hack the computer on level 3. Apart from learning Vault 13's location, you will also find interesting and mysterious things inside that open up a new world of craziness.
