Though it seemed as if the rebooted Pirates 6 would be without the franchise's most recognizable star and character, Bruckheimer has opened up the possibility that Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow could return in some capacity in the next movie. Bruckheimer even went so far as to reveal that he's spoken to the actor about returning.
