Chicken, Bacon Jam and Cheddar Toasted Sandwich
For the cheesy crust (why would you not?), carefully lift each sandwich in turn with the spatula and sprinkle half of the extra Cheddar into the pan underneath. Try to cover the same area as the sandwich so you don’t waste the cheese
