Man, 29, charged with attempted murder after female Amazon worker is run over
A man in his 20s has been charged with attempted murder after an Amazon worker was run over and another was allegedly assaulted outside the company's Essex warehouse on Sunday.
Police were called out to the Amazon warehouse in Tilbury just after 9.30am yesterday, where a woman had suffered serious injuries after she'd been hit by a car.
She was rushed to hospital, along with another woman, who had been assaulted.

A man was arrested at the scene and Essex Police has moved to calm the public following the incident.
Chief Inspector Richard Melton, District Commander for Thurrock, said: 'This charge is the result of some really hard work over the last 24 hours.
'I know this will be a concerning incident to people living and working in Tilbury but we do not believe there is a risk to the wider public.'
Afrax Ahmed, 29, of Peartree Way, Greenwich, has now been charged with attempted murder.
He has also been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, ABH, failing to provide a specimen, and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
Amazon has said it is assisting police with their investigation following the attack outside its warehouse on Sunday
An Amazon spokesman said: 'This is a terrible incident and our thoughts are with our two employees who were injured.
'We will do all that we can to assist the police investigation.'
