Alleging that the Delhi government's claim of supplying free food grains to poor is "misleading", Union minister Ram Vilas Paswan has said the city government should make claims only for the free food grains it's providing beyond the national Food Security Scheme and PM Garib Kalyan Yojna, which are Central government schemes.
