Where t=To Find Chrysis In Assassin's Creed Odyssey

During one of the main story quests in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, you will encounter a Kosmos Worshipper called Chrysis. However, this worshipper has something suspicious about her, and you will eventually be tasked to kill her. In fact, the quest involving Chrysis in AC Odyssey can potentially be one of the darker side stories the series has ever attempted to showcase.

The Cult of Kosmos in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey is the main antagonist that either Kassandra or Alexios has to hunt down throughout the game. This Cult is why the player's family is separated, and you will spend most of your time tracking them down and bringing the scattered family together. Chrysis ends up being a larger part of that story than first suspected, and you will have to confront her to find out where your mother is.

First Confrontation With Chrysis

The Temple of Hera

Whether you play as Alexios or Kassandra in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, you will first find Chrysis during the fifth chapter's main questline as you seek answers. You will need to locate her during the "Ashes to Ashes" main quest inside the Temple of Hera. Once you make your way inside the temple, you will get the option to either attack Chrysis or save a baby trapped in the burning temple.

If you choose to attack Chrysis, you will have to chase her down and fast. Summoning your horse or steed will help; she can run much faster than you expect. Once you catch her, you can knock her down but will be unable to confront her if any other enemies are activated. After that, you will kill her, and that questline will be completed, and you can find your mother.

However, if you choose to save the baby first, Chrysis will run away. You will exit the temple with the baby and return it to its mother, giving Chrysis ample time to escape. You will not be able to chase her down right away as you will have lost track of her. This won't be the last time you will see the Cult of Kosmos member, but she now knows you exist and will be expecting you to show up.

Where To Find Chrysis After She Runs Away

Venture Into Argolis

The game will hint to you when you check the Cult tree that you should "Venture into Argolis." Keep playing through the main questline in the meantime, as you are required to progress AC Odyssey's story so that you can encounter her again later. Specifically, as you approach Argolis, Chrysis will appear nearby during the "Death Comes for Us All" quest.

While you are doing the "Death Comes for Us All" questline, a woman will talk about some nefarious attacks in the forest. Head to the forest and examine all the corpses on the ground. However, equip your best weapons from Assassin's Creed Odyssey and be ready for a fight, as this is where you will encounter Chrysis again. As before, you will not be able to fully confront Chrysis until all other enemies have been defeated or are no longer active, so keep that in mind as you initiate the battle with her the second time.

Once you examine one of the corpses on the right, Chrysis will ambush you and give you the choice to join the Cult. However, this is not one of the choices you can make, and she will start attacking after you refuse her. She will not be alone as she has some help from some other soldiers, so fight her and her friends off until you can assassinate her once and for all. Once that is done, you have completed the questline to find Chrysis and defeat her in Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
