With fall just around the corner, I’m already starting to think about how I’ll be updating my closet and which trends are worth buying. While I don’t invest heavily in all of the seasonal trends, I typically splurge on a key shoe style to ground my looks. For fall, that means a great pair of boots—a versatile, transitional piece that always gets plenty of wear from my closet.

After sifting through the F/W 20 collections, I landed on 6 of my favorite boot trends for the upcoming season.
