The world saw Danielle and Marty get married during RHONJ season 9 when Danielle left the cast of RHONJ. However, their marriage was doomed from the start, and everyone knew it; fans and her cast members. Less than a year later, the couple divorced, which wasn't pretty. However, they seemed to be on good terms for a while, with the duo living in the same house together. Their relationship shifted again, and Marty let everyone know who Danielle was.

Marty Broke His Silence On RHONJ's Danielle Staub

As All About The Tea reported, Marty broke his silence in an exclusive interview on YouTube. He revealed in the video that Danielle was evicted from Marty's New Jersey mansion by court order back in June. She suffered a huge courtroom meltdown after the home was put under contract.

The website claims, “Marty sold the house just one day after Danielle was prohibited from blocking showings — which she did for over a year. The property raked in multiple offers due to families fleeing the [New York] city because of COVID and ongoing protests.” Danielle was so upset about having to vacate the home she attempted to convince the court that she would be homeless if they did this to her. The judge had enough and made her leave anyway.

Marty went on to reveal that the producers of RHONJ manipulated conversations that happened on the show. He explained to the interviewers how the show cut out certain parts to make the conversations look worse. But Marty didn't stop there. He mentioned how Danielle betrayed her former best friend, Gina Curko, by stealing her boyfriend, Oliver Maier. Marty believes Danielle used Oliver for his money so she could try and buy the house from Marty. Things did not work out in her favor, and he ended up selling their New Jersey home.

Marty is a lot smarter than he lets on. At first, Marty didn't know how to get Danielle out of his house. Once the pandemic hit and everyone fled NYC, he knew he had a great opportunity and had to move quickly, so he took legal action. He sold the house and made Danielle vacate right away. Marty was motivated by money to move her out of his house quickly. The RNOHJ star's ex wants everyone to know she scammed him, and he's not the only one.

What Are Danielle & Marty Up To Since RHONJ?

Despite leaving the show for good following RHONJ season 10, Danielle still manages to stay in the spotlight. While Danielle hasn't appeared on TV very much since the show, she still makes her presence known. Even though she wasn't a cast member on the show, Danielle made an appearance in House of Villains season 1 late last year. Danielle was a special guest star and showed the villains in the house where she seemingly offered the villains in the house advice. Danielle really should have joined the season, as she is a well-known RHONJ villain.

Besides making a cameo on House of Villains, Danielle has been using her time away from reality TV to spend time with her family. Danielle has two daughters: Christine and Jillian. Danielle's newest Instagram post, from mid-May, is dedicated to her daughter Jillain's twenty-sixth birthday. She also did one for her daughter Christine's thirtieth birthday in December 2023. It seems Danielle has definitely moved on her from past with Marty.

As for Marty, he has kept a low profile since his divorce from Danielle and his interview with All About The Tea. While Marty does have Instagram, his profile is private as of August 2024. He only has 66 posts but does have over 4K followers. However, Marty's Instagram bio does give some insight into what he's been up to recently. His bio says:
