There are a few ways to get Concrete including from Bags of Cement, Blue Garden Gnomes, Broken Garden Gnomes, Concrete Garden Gnomes, and Bulk Concrete. These items can be found in various locations and taken to a Workbench so that they can be scraped into concrete blocks.

Once you reach the Abandoned Bog Town, go up the fire exit stairwells, and you will find several bags of cement. Once you reach the rooftop of the largest building, drop down into the elevator shaft and go down two floors.

As shown by Shr1m on YouTube, investigate the area near the hole in the wall, and you will discover eight bags of cement that can scrapped and turned into Concrete. Additionally, you can drop to the next floor below to find four more bags by the elevator shaft, which means that the Abandoned Bog Town has around a dozen Bags of Cement.

The second-best location to find Concrete in Bags of Cement would be the towering Monorail Elevator, west of Watoga and Fort Defiance. You can take the active elevator to the top of the structure to discover around ten Bags of Cement. Be careful while traversing the top areas, as there is no guard railing to prevent you from falling. If you still need additional Concrete, Shr1m suggests visiting Site Charlie, west of the Spruce Knob Campground.
