When Danielle Cabral joined The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 last year, she dropped a surprise piece of information when she revealed she was related to Caroline and Dina Manzo, whose maiden names are Laurita. In the season 13 premiere, a lot was covered within the first hour, including Danielle's connection to the Manzos. Despite her connection to them, Danielle developed a close relationship with Teresa Giudice, who was introduced on the show.

Danielle is a Staten Island-born mom who is sweet but tough as nails, which was confirmed in her introduction last year. Besides Danielle, the new season showcased Teresa's wedding to Luis Ruelas, the falling out with her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa, and the RHONJ women trying to mend their friendships. The Laurita family tree is a little confusing, but after breaking it down via the_bravoholic on Instagram, it looks like Danielle's father, Phillip DiPietro, married Cammy DiPetro, the ex-wife of Anthony Laurita. Danielle's connection makes her Caroline and Dina's step-niece. The RHONJ cast member also has a step-sister, Candice Laurita. Candice is the daughter of Cammy and Anthony. Candice is often a guest on her cousin Ablie Manzo's podcast, Dear Albie. It's unclear whether Danielle interacts with Caroline and her family, she does follow Candice and Jacqueline Laurita on Instagram, as well as Caroline's daughter Lauren Manzo.

Even though Danielle was brought onto RHONJ by Teresa and not the Manzos, it does seem like she is a bit of a clout chaser. Before joining the cast of RHONJ, she was recognizable to MTV fans as Danielle starred on the MTV reality show True Life: I'm a Staten Island Girl at age 21. With her background in reality TV, it is no surprise that Danielle returned for RHONJ season 14. Even though Danielle had family members on RHONJ and appeared on MTV, she claims her connection to Teresa brought her on the show.

It's unclear whether or not Danielle speaks with the Manzos or the Lauritas. While she follows some of them on Instagram, like Jacqueline and Caroline's daughter Lauren, they don't like or comment on each other's posts. Nonetheless, Danielle doesn't follow Caroline or Dina, so their relationship likely doesn't exist. Danielle and Caroline could have a relationship as Danielle seems friendly with her daughter, Lauren. However, just because she follows them on Instagram, it doesn't mean Danielle has a relationship with them, as she still follows Teresa.

Danielle no longer talks to Teresa, which could have caused a strain with Jacqueline, who is close to Teresa again.

Danielle and Teresa were very close during RHONJ season 13 and in the early episodes of RHONJ season 14 so far. However, in an interview with Page Six in May, Danielle confirmed she and Teresa no longer speak after a falling out they had while filming season 14. "We talked all the way up to the holidays, and then something happened, and I decided to back away," she said during the publication's podcast show, Virtual Reali-Tea. Danielle also said the incident that caused her to back away took place off-camera. She does plan to bring it up once they film the RHONJ season 14 reunion later this year.

Danielle is currently not speaking to her brother or father, so she clearly cuts people off easily when she feels she needs to for herself and her family.
