With Below Deck Adventure season 2 likely not coming back after Captain Kerry moved to Below Deck, replacing Captain Lee Rosbach, Kyle will never be a Below Deck Adventure yachtie again. He could return for another Below Deck series, but that's doubtful. After his run-in with the law, while Below Deck Adventure was airing, Bravo wouldn't want to work with him again. His legal troubles could cause issues for the network.

Also, Kyle probably doesn't want to return to the series. He left the show on bad terms and doesn't seem like the type of guy who is looking for a redemption arc. Kyle could possibly return to the regular Below Deck series where Captain Kerry is now and maybe prove himself.
