90 Day Fiancé’s Debbie Aguero Slammed By Single Life Cast For Lying About Her Age

Summary Debbie Aguero kept her age a secret but eventually confessed to her date Russ after feeling guilty about the lie.

Co-stars Tim Malcolm and Veronica Rodriguez called out Debbie for shaving off 10 years, saying two years is a white lie, and 10 isn't.

Debbie received advice from fellow cast members, to be honest about her age and meet people in real life instead of online dating.

Debbie Aguero is being schooled by her 90 Day: The Single Life co-stars on the Tell All for keeping her real age a secret. Debbie was dating Oussama Berber on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4 and wanted to get married to the Moroccan man despite their 43-year age gap. After she learned about Oussama using her for a green card, Debbie started dating locally but received no matches. She eventually changed her age number from 68 to 58 and, surprisingly, got a match in Russ. Debbie decided to come clean to Russ after meeting him.

“I was feeling so guilty,”

Debbie says that she was glad her date Russ accepted her because she wanted to get it off her chest right away. Debbie said she didn’t like carrying a lie around “even if it was a white lie.” When Debbie says she shaved off 10 years, Tim Malcolm and Veronica Rodriguez tell Debbie that “two years is a white lie.”

John McManus explains to Debbie that “10 years is a lie” because it’s a lot. This time around cast members from previous seasons of 90 Day: The Single Life have also been invited to share their opinions on season 4 stars. Fernanda Flores tells Debbie that what she did was wrong because she was starting a relationship on a lie. Meanwhile, Debbie’s namesake, Debbie Johnson, advises Debbie that she should be proud of her age. “For some reason, you’re not, you know,” Colt Johnson’s mother adds before reminding Debbie that a lot of people don’t even get to be 68.

“I’m 72 and I’m very proud of it.”

Debbie says that she’s never lied about her age and never has. Debbie’s advice to the artist was that she needed to accept herself because there was nothing wrong with being 68 years old. Debbie tries explaining that when she put down her real age on the dating website, no one was trying to communicate with her. “It was like crickets,” says Debbie, and mentions it felt like she was in a vast, void of nothingness. “Then don’t go on the dating site, go meet people in real life,” she advises.

Debbie’s advice to her younger namesake is for her to go and meet people face to face. All of Debbie’s relationships on TV so far have been with men she met online. Debbie and Oussama had started talking on social media and her relationship with Ruben began once they met on a dating app. Debbie seems to be more comfortable meeting new people to date on the apps rather than in real life. Still, Debbie’s relationship with Ruben is going strong after 90 Day: The Single Life and it doesn’t look like she’ll be needing a dating app ever again.

90 Day: The Single Life airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
