10 Pannacotta Fugo

Although Fugo never finished college in the traditional sense, this does not negate his proven wisdom. Fugo's IQ is 152, and his smarts certainly came in handy on Team Bucciarati. His quick thinking and genius plans using his Stand, Purple Haze, saved himself and his fellow gang members from danger many a time.

9 Yoshikage Kira

Yoshikage Kira is one of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's most nauseatingly evil and remarkably clever villains. During his time as a serial killer in the town of Morioh, he ended the lives of over 50 people without being caught. He managed to deceive beautiful women, murder them, and cut off their hands for quite a while without arousing suspicion because he portrayed himself as a boring, average man.

Kira's crimes were truly heinous, but he is one of the fastest thinkers in the series. When Josuke was on his trail and almost caught him, Kira instantly dreamed up an astounding plan: disguising himself by switching his face with someone else's. Thankfully, he was caught by Josuke eventually and his reign of terror ended, but he is absolutely one of JoJo's most clever villains ever.

8 Josuke Higashikata

He Was Responsible for Defeating Morioh’s Most Heinous Serial Killer, Yoshikage Kira

Josuke may have been only 16, but he was able to outwit grown adults in the Diamond Is Unbreakable arc of the series. He was responsible for catching and apprehending Yoshikage Kira, the villainous serial killer running rampant in his town. He wielded his Stand, Crazy Diamond, impressively, using the being to fix items and heal others.

Bruno Bucciarati was the fearless and courageous boss of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's Passione gang. He was fiercely committed to putting an end to Italy's rampant drug problem that was harming people of all ages, but particularly youths. With this noble ambition in mind, he devised cunning plans using his Stand, Sticky Fingers, to take down the leader, Diavolo, from inside his own Passione gang.

From unzipping his body speedily to prevent blows from hitting him to traveling through surfaces to sneak up people, Bruno's feats with his Stand always surprised those fighting against him beyond belief. He was nearly impossible to outsmart, using his Stand in ingenious ways that never failed to bewilder his enemies. With Giorno's help, he even managed to save his own life, using Giorno's Stand and his own to stitch his body back together temporarily so he could achieve his goal before passing.

Even Without a Stand, Kars Proved His Exceptional Intelligence and High IQ

Based on IQ alone, with a whopping score of 400, Kars is one of the smartest characters in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He was the Pillar Men leader and hellbent on developing sunlight immunity, since he was a vampire. The Stone Mask that turned Dio into a vampire was created by Kars himself, proving the villain's ingenuity.

Kars' ability to predict human behavior was phenomenal, giving him an advantage in battle because he could often guess his enemy's next move effortlessly. He became a nearly unbeatable villain, only able to be dethroned by Joseph Joestar, after a hard-fought battle. Even more miraculous, Kars reached such high power levels by relying only on his own brain, he never had a Stand like other JoJo's villains.

Jolyne Kujo accomplished many feats in the Stone Ocean arc, and each one proves how smart she is. For starters, when she was wrongfully accused of a crime she did not commit and thrown in Green Dolphin Street Prison, she used her Stand, Stone Free, to break out of jail. Using her Stand's unique unraveling ability, Jolyne pulled off brilliant escapes and attacks.

From surviving Fugo's poisonous Purple Haze Stand using snake venom to keeping Bucciarati alive with his Stand, Giorno possesses incredible deductive skills and always stays calm, collected, and reflective under pressure. He even defeated Diavolo, Italy's strongest mob boss, trapping him in a horrifying death spiral that only the most creative, and perhaps, twisted, mind could dream up.

His Decades of Successful Plans and Defeats of Multiple Villains Prove His Wisdom

Joseph Joestar may be cocky and arrogant, constantly cracking jokes, but his intelligence is not to be underestimated. Joseph is so exceptional at predicting what his enemy is going to do that the phrase "your next line is..." became famous, since he spouted these words so often during the Battle Tendency arc. Joseph did not have a Stand in Part 2, but still took down Kars solely with his wit, strength gained through training, and Hamon energy.

Joseph's accomplishments did not end in Part 2, though. He reappeared in later parts of JoJo's to lend his wise insights and plans to newer Joestars. In the Stardust Crusaders arc, he cleverly used his Stand, Hermit Purple, to help Jotaro track down Dio Brando in Egypt using a unique photography technique.
