Sesame Street is now in search of a new distribution partner. Sesame Street is a beloved educational television program that began in 1969. Since then, the series has aired over 3,000 episodes over the course of 54 seasons. Characters from the show are also known for their various Muppets spinoff movies and specials, which have aired both theatrically and on TV over the years. Key characters from the series include Big Bird, Elmo, Bert, Ernie, Oscar the Grouch, and more. The first Sesame Street distributor was the National Educational Television Network (NET).

As per The Hollywood Reporter, Sesame Street is now in search of a new distributor.
