In a tweet posted by series creator Yoshihiro Togashi to his personal X account, it was confirmed that he is working on the plot and details of the next 50 chapters and that they will be published in the future. Furthermore, he also confirmed that he would get back to working on the drawing of other chapters and would start the inking process. This is huge news as it confirms how many chapters are in the works and that they will be published.

The series has recently entered a hiatus after going for ten weeks and dropping ten chapters that were some of the best and most interesting in the entire arc. Fortunately, Togashi kept working on new chapters of Hunter x Hunter and even had surgery that improved his health. This latest news just solidifies the fact that Hunter X Hunter will continue for a long time due to the dedication and passion of the creator, and fans who endured the many hiatuses will be rewarded for their patience.
