Below Deck Sailing Yacht: Diana Cruz's Whiny Attitude Is Out Of Control (Will She Finally Get Fired?)

Diana Cruz has been a troubled stew all season on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, but after her latest antics, her days may finally be numbered. Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 is well underway, with accusations of Daisy Kelliher being a producer plant and Gary King swearing off alcohol in the latest charter. Producers are trying to give Daisy a villain edit, easily enabled by Stews Diana and Danni Warren, neither of whom seem particularly motivated to do a good job aboard the Parsifal III.

Diana and Daisy have clashed since the beginning of the charter season, with Diana constantly rolling her eyes at the seasoned Chief Stew. However, Danni has largely been the focus of Daisy's ire. After Daisy joked about Danni's constant flirtation with men aboard the Parsifal III and onshore, Danni snapped at her Chief Stew, an obvious act of subordination. However, Diana's the one in hot water after getting on Daisy's last nerve. Will the whiny Stew finally get fired?

Diana Refuses To Do Her Job

She's Always Questioning Daisy's Authority

Ever since the first charter, Diana has refused to do her job. In the past, Daisy didn't assign ranks to her stews, preferring that they all share tasks. However, that didn't work for Diana, who always complained when she had to do jobs like cleaning the cabins or anything other than guest-facing service jobs. However, Diana has no business bartending given her inability to make even basic cocktails. When Daisy tried to remedy her lack of knowledge with a cocktail making class for the crew, Diana refused to make more than one cocktail, complaining that she was off the clock.

In the most recent episode, the crew was taking care of a high-maintenance group of women for the primary's 50th birthday party. They requested midnight snacks after an evening of clubbing, meaning that one of the stews would only get a few hours of sleep. Chef Cloyce Martin also had a late evening, but he never complained. Diana threw a fit when Daisy asked her to be part of service that evening, prompting Daisy to take Diana's place. Daisy wanted to prove that she wouldn't ask her stews to do something she wouldn't do, completely fed up with Diana's behavior.

Diana Is Distracted By Chase

She Needs To Get Over It

After Gary was forced to fire Deckhand Emma Crouch, former crew member Chase Lemacks swooped in to save the day. The Southern charmer grabbed the attention of both Diana and Danni, but Danni quickly claimed him as her own. Danni has spent the entire charter season trying to hook up with anyone who will flirt with her, beginning with Keith Allen and Gary, but swiftly moving on to an attractive employee at a local beach club. When Chase got aboard the Parsifal III, Diana felt it was finally her turn.

Danni's constant flirting on Below Deck Sailing Yacht is exhausting, but Diana's whiny personality doesn't help her.

Unfortunately, Danni and Chase seemed poised to hook up at the end of the last episode, upsetting Diana, who is more shy. She was already upset about her conversation with Daisy, and missing out on a romance with Chase only made her more cranky. Diana should have stayed more focused on her job since Chase was always going to go after Danni anyway.

Will Daisy Fire Diana?

She's Running Out Of Chances

If Diana's behavior continues, Daisy might have no choice but to fire the whiny and downtrodden Stew. She's proven herself to be incompetent as a bartender and server yet unwilling to perform more menial tasks like cleaning dirty cabins or staying up late to accommodate guest needs. Daisy rightfully asserted that she worked her way up to Chief Stew by being willing to be a team player and sacrifice for the sake of the guests. If Diana can't get her act together, it's time for Daisy to say goodbye on Below Deck Sailing Yacht.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
