After 16 Years, Ahsoka Already Has So Much More Star Wars Screentime Than Luke Skywalker Himself
Despite appearing almost exclusively in Star Wars TV shows, Ahsoka Tano shockingly has considerably more screen time than Star Wars' very first hero, Luke Skywalker. Ahsoka had her debut in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie in 2008, and that was quickly followed by the Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV show, which ran for seven seasons. Although Ahsoka's appearances in the show were disrupted when she left the Jedi Order, she was still one of the key characters in that show.
Since that time, Ahsoka has had numerous returns to the Star Wars timeline, including in Star Wars Rebels, The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi, and Ahsoka. Ahsoka has never appeared in the Skywalker Saga's 9 films (although her voice was among those heard in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker). Even so, there is an astonishingly wide gap between Ahsoka Tano and Luke Skywalker's total respective screen time in Star Wars movies and TV shows.
Ahsoka Has The Advantage Because She's Appeared In So Many Other Mediums
Luke Has Become More Important In Recent Star Wars Shows, But It Doesn't Come Close To Ahsoka
Close
According to The Screen Time Holocron, Ahsoka's current total screen time in Star Wars is 10 hours and 54 minutes, second only to Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in the whole franchise. By comparison, the same source indicates that Luke Skywalker's total screen time is just 2 hours and 34 minutes. Notably, this number for Luke does not include his time in The Rise of Skywalker, but it even counts his limited cameos in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, The Mandalorian, and Battlefront II.
In part, Ahsoka's much more significant screen time comes down to the number of projects she has appeared in. Whereas Luke was primarily in the original Star Wars trilogy and (to a much lesser extent) the sequel trilogy, Ahsoka has dominated Star Wars TV shows over the years. Her Clone Wars screen time alone is estimated to be just under 8 hours total, putting just that show's screen time for Ahsoka way ahead of Luke's. Yes, Luke has had cameos in recent Star Wars shows, but not nearly to the same degree.

Ahsoka Has Truly Become A Star Wars Legend
There May Have Been Resistance At First, But Ahsoka Is Now Clearly One Of Star Wars' Biggest Characters
Ahsoka Tano's introduction in The Clone Wars did not immediately go over well; initially, she was met with harsh criticism and even outright rejection, as many felt it was wrong for Anakin Skywalker to have a Jedi Padawan. Throughout Ahsoka's Star Wars timeline, however, she has more than proven herself as one of Star Wars' best characters. Ahsoka's timeline and screen time are also confirmed to be expanded even now, with Ahsoka season 2 currently in the works.
Related Ahsoka Season 2: Story, Updates, Everything We Know Ahsoka season 2 has finally been confirmed by Star Wars, and the story is now in development. Here's everything we know about the project.
It's also unclear whether Ahsoka season 2 will be the character's last appearance, as the conclusion of her Star Wars story is not yet known. The franchise is also clearly happy to bring characters back when you least expect it, so it feels safe to assume Ahsoka may have a long future ahead. Even now, though, Ahsoka Tano has radically surpassed Luke Skywalker's screen time in Star Wars.
