When Miss Cleocatra debuted on The Wizard of Oz Night, she sang a spectacular version of "Stormy Weather" by Etta James. When Nick asked her which character she was inspired by from the film, she replied, "I'm the Good Witch!" Miss Cleocatra's clue package began with her saying, "Are you a good witch or a bad witch? It's taken me some time to figure that out." An hourglass was then shown.

Miss Cleocatra continued, "Long ago, I was living life in technicolor, but I always worried the empire I built could all crumble beneath me." A thunderstorm began as a sign that said, "Bel-Air," was shown on the screen. The Masked Singer season 11 contestant continued, "My days were horribly split, going from gorgeous rainbows" (a green suitcase with a luggage tag that said, "VACAY!" was shown), "to horrendous black and white." The scene then became black and white.

Miss Cleocatra went on to say, "People were calling me a national treasure, and yet, I felt wicked. And that's when I got the diagnosis I never wanted, but so desperately needed." A stuffed crow with its wings spread was then shown. Miss Cleocatra added, "And suddenly, everything became crystal clear." As she reached out to the crow's wings, the scene turned color again. Miss Cleocatra concluded by saying, "And I'm so glad I reached out for help. Because now I know I'm the good witch, and can use my powers for good." She took a silver tiara off of a black cat statue and held it.

After Miss Cleocatra's performance, she sat on a throne during the panelists' comments. Another clue about her was revealed, which was a wand with a star on the top of it. Miss Cleocatra explained, "I've already worked my magic on an Emmy Award-winning show!"

Miss Cleocatra's Girl Group Night Performances & Clues

Her clue package began with a recap of her The Wizard of Oz Night performance. Miss Cleocatra said, "I really caused a storm last time. I was the cat's meow!"

The scene then changed to an ancient Egyptian building as Miss Cleocatra gushed, "I'm thrilled to be here tonight to champion fierce girl groups. You know, I had my own gang of great women that shaped me, starting with my own mother." A black snake was then shown. Miss Cleocatra went on to explain, "She was a maid, so I didn't have to be." She then picked up a domino with five dots on it, and held it. She continued, "But the best gift I ever got from her was her work ethic."

Miss Cleocatra then said, "It made me the hardest hustler in Tinsletown," as she looked at framed photographs of Bette Midler and Whoopi Goldberg. She added, "Now, all the brightest stars look to me, including Michelle Obama and her mother!" Their pictures appeared in the night sky as constellations.

Miss Cleoctatra concluded by saying, "But I'm most proud of the little princesses who see me as their queen. I want them to know if they want to be supreme, free your mind, and work harder than anyone else! And, thanks mom, for showing me that!" As Miss Cleocatra said this, she took a blue stone from a statue, which glowed brightly in her hands. The light then traveled up to the night sky.

After Miss Cleocatra's performance, another clue about her was revealed. Wilson Phillips singer Carnie Wilson, who was part of The Masked Singer season 8's Lambs, who placed second, delivered the clue, as part of Clue-oke. The Masked Singer season 11 panelists had many great guesses for Miss Cleocatra. Ken declared that he knew "exactly who this is," and guessed Taraji P. Henson. Jenny said that she liked the guess, but mentioned Sheryl Lee Ralph. Robin announced that he thought he knew who Miss Cleopatra was, and guessed Loretta Devine.

On Girl Group Night, the Masked Singer panelists continued to guess legendary divas for Miss Cleocatra's true identity. Rita thought that she might be Roberta Flack, while Robin stuck with his original guess of Loretta Devine. However, Ken guessed that Miss Cleocatra was Jenifer Lewis. Before Miss Cleocatra's unmasking, the panelists gave their final guesses for her identity, including Roberta Flack (Rita), Loretta Devine (Robin and Jenny), and Jenifer Lewis (Ken).

The Masked Singer's Miss Cleocatra Is Actress Jenifer Lewis

Ken was the only Masked Singer panelist to correctly guess that Miss Cleocatra was actually actress Jenifer Lewis. Jenifer was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1990, which explained the diagnosis that Miss Cleocatra described. In addition, Jenifer's mother was a nursing attendant, but she also cleaned houses to make extra money, which is what she was referring to in her Girl Group Night clue package.

In addition, Jenifer played Will's Aunt Helen Smith in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from 1991-1996, which explained the sign in the clue. She also played Mama Odie in the Disney animated feature The Princess and the Frog, which explained the tiara from The Wizard of Oz Night and why she mentioned princesses on Girl Group Night. Mama Odie also has a pet snake named Juju, which could explain the snake clue.

Jenifer also starred for eight seasons as Ruby Johnson in Black-ish, which won an Emmy in 2020 for Outstanding Contemporary Hairstyling. Michelle Obama guest starred on the Black-ish season 8 premiere. The Supremes clue most likely referred to the fact that she worked with The Supremes lead singer Diana Ross' daughter, Tracee Ellis Ross, when she was on Black-ish.

The "technicolor" clue could refer to the fact that Jenifer recurred In Living Color in 1992. In addition, Jenifer sang back-up for Bette Midler as one of her Harlettes, which led to her appearing in Bette's HBO specials, and as a singer in the film, Beaches, which starred Bette. Also, Jenifer was a back-up singer for Whoopi Goldberg in Sister Act. Of course, Miss Cleocatra's voice sounded just like Jenifer as well.

As the mystical and fabulous Miss Cleocatra, Jenifer captivated the audience with her extraordinary vocals and commanding stage presence. She is a diva who brought so much joy to the Masked Singer stage. Jenifer put her spell on everyone as Miss Cleocatra, and has raised the bar for future Masked Singer contestants.

The Masked Singer season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on FOX.
