Croydon: Man dies after stabbing in south London

A man, believed to be in his 20s, has been stabbed to death in south London.

Police were called at 6.02pm by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) to reports of a man suffering a stab injury in Fellmongers Yard, Croydon.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, the Metropolitan Police said.

One man has been arrested and taken into custody.

Met officers, LAS and London's Air Ambulance all attended the scene.
