The show puts middle-aged women in a mansion, along with several much younger single men. The added twist is that the much younger men are the sons of the so-called MILFS, so the women must watch their sons date the other older women, and the sons have to watch their moms date much younger men.

In their search for love, the MILFS and men will compete in various challenges, like relay races and mud wrestling, as they go on dates. On the show, the MILFS have all the power and get to decide which of the much younger men is ready for a serious relationship with a much older woman. The women of MILF Manor season 1 dated alongside their sons, but it's unclear who this season's men will be. There isn't much known about the men this season, but there is information on the six MILFs of MILF Manor season 2.

MILF Manor season 2 promises a shocking twist. The twist promised by MILF Manor season 1 turned out that the younger men were the sons of the single cougar MILFS. It's hard to imagine what could be more shocking than casting the women's sons. One potential answer is that producers cast another group of much younger women to compete with the MILFS. Another option could be that the show also adds the MILF's ex-husbands into the mix. There are numerous ways in which MILF Manor can become even more deliciously uncomfortable.

In March, TLC released an official trailer on YouTube. It starts with the six MILF Manor women arriving at a mansion on a tranquil lake in a fleet of black SUVs. Jami reads a message welcoming the women, "Get ready for an unforgettable experience with wild challenges, major shocks, incredible dates, and, most importantly, the opportunity to find true love." The trailer features crazy challenges, as well as clips of couples making real connections. "Dating younger men makes me feel playful," says Lannette. "And the sex is like wow," adds Crystal. The teaser also promises some serious drama.

MILF Manor season 2 premieres Sunday, April 28 on TLC. New episodes will simultaneously be available to stream on Discovery+.
