Things haven't been going well for Connie Tucker since the Young Sheldon season 6 finale, which saw the destruction of her home. However, at least she still had her business, which allowed her to earn enough money to rebuild it. Unfortunately for her, Young Sheldon season 7 continues her tragic fate, after she was busted by the police, resulting in all her establishments being shut down. Meemaw's latest crisis has been heartbreaking to watch, especially since no one seems to be going above and beyond to help her — not even Georgie and Mandy.

As the couple continues their story via their Young Sheldon sequel series, it's only fitting that Meemaw becomes a part of that next chapter in their lives. In their darkest times, it was Connie who opened her home and took care of Mandy after she was shunned by her parents. Now that Meemaw needs help, this would be the perfect time to pay back everything she did for them. Sadly, it doesn't seem like CBS is planning on bringing any other member of the Cooper family to the new show.

Revord previously said that she wasn't invited to join Georgie and Mandy's Young Sheldon spinoff. Between this and the finality in Potts' Instagram post, it's likely that it's also the case for her. While that's disappointing, hopefully, CBS brings them back even just as guests. Perhaps, seeing how great they are, even in a multi-cam setting, which will be the case for the sequel series, will convince the network to recruit them as regulars.

Young Sheldon season 7 airs every Thursday, 8pm ET on CBS.
