In the 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise season 4 premiere episode, he said he takes cold showers, swallows supplements, and avoids drinking and smoking to stay healthy.

Kyle said his sperm count is 242 million per millimeter, while the average sperm count is 44 million per millimeter. Kyle’s healthy lifestyle has resulted in healthy sperm that boost the odds of conception. In the premiere episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise season 4, Kyle said he had fathered 71 children, and nine were on the way. His children are spread out all across the globe. Kyle personally speaks with the women he donates his sperm to, and travels to them to make the process easier. His methods for donating sperm seem quite sketchy.

Kyle also doesn't get paid for donating his sperm to women. It was a shock for viewers when he revealed that he makes no money through his sperm donation activities, and is traveling around the globe to continue his hobby. What’s more odd is that Kyle revealed that there are two ways that he donates sperm. With the first method, he ejaculates into a cup, and it’s then inseminated into a woman. The second way involves Kyle having intercourse with women. If a woman chooses to do so, Kyle will have sex to “donate” his sperm.

His methodology seems highly unprofessional and inappropriate. It’s out of the box that Kyle decided to create his own sperm donating empire.
