Genshin Impact Leaks: New 4.7 Character Will Make Neuvillette Completely Broken
Summary A new Genshin Impact 4.7 character may empower Neuvillette, potentially boosting his DPS, according to leaked information.
Neuvillette is already known as one of the strongest DPS characters in Genshin Impact due to his offensive abilities.
The leaks suggest Neuvillette may become empowered by having one of the three new Version 4.7 characters in his team comp.
A new character in Genshin Impact 4.7 may make Neuvillette completely broken, according to a set of leaks about the upcoming patch. The popular action RPG is just entering Version 4.6, a massive update where it will introduce the highly anticipated Arlecchino as a playable character. The Fatui Harbinger known as the Knave had already appeared as an NPC during the Fontaine storyline, but had not yet become a playable unit. Of course, the new character in Genshin Impact 4.6 is not the only piece of content coming with the new patch, as there is a lot more planned.
This includes a new area to the southern reaches of Fontaine, new Character Quests, two unique boss fights, and, perhaps, even a delve into the ancient history of Teyvat when the Nation of Hydro did not exist and was ruled by the tyrant god Remus. While the content in Version 4.6 has yet to be explored, developer HoYoverse has already revealed the three new playable characters in Genshin Impact 4.7. The details about them are still fairly scarce, but new Version 4.7 leaks are highlighting what may be a new hero that will, surprisingly, boost Neuvillette’s power even more.

Sigewinne’s Rumored Kit In Genshin Impact 4.7 Has Leaked
New Character Is Confirmed To Be A Hydro Unit
The gameplay kit used by Sigewinne has allegedly leaked, revealing more information about how she works. The information was obtained by the leaker known as Foul and shared in a post tagged as Reliable on Reddit. The complete kit leak details all of her abilities, including passive Talents, and even Constellation levels. One of the most noteworthy aspects of the leaked kit is how her Elemental Skill supposedly works. According to Foul, Sigewinne throws a bouncing Hydro ball at opponents that deals damage to them and heals her teammates. Additionally, it allegedly creates Sourcewater Droplets in Genshin Impact.
Sigewinne’s Leaked Sourcewater Droplets Can Empower Neuvillette In Genshin Impact
Hydro Dragon Is Already One Of The Strongest DPS Characters In The Game

The leaked Sourcewater Droplets created by Sigewinne are said to interact with her own kit, but, as highlighted by Foul through another post made on Reddit, these pick-up items can actually interact with Neuvillette’s abilities. The Hydro DPS character from Fontaine can create Sourcewater Droplets on his own – in fact, they are a crucial part of his kit. If the leaks are correct and Sigewinne can not only produce them but have him pick them up, possibly making Neuvillette broken as a playable DPS unit, all thanks to a single new character in Genshin Impact 4.7.

For reference, Neuvillette can create Sourcewater Droplets with his Elemental Burst. These special pick-ups, when gathered by him, speed up the empowerment rate of his Charged Attack’s Seal of Arbitration. Essentially, with the creation of the Seal of Arbitration, he can use his Charged Attack’s Equitable Judgement more quickly. Equitable Judgement is the cannon of AoE Hydro DMG that he shoots forward and gradually drains his health – and it is the strongest part of his gameplay kit. This is a vital aspect of Neuvillette’s build in Genshin Impact, as it is what will eliminate opponents on the field.
"It is highly unlikely that the rumored Sourcewater Droplets created by Sigewinne are dedicated to making Neuvillette even more broken."
It is worth noting that, when Neuvillette picks up Sourcewater Droplets, he also heals a portion of his HP, so it serves as a damage mitigation mechanic, too, since he loses HP attacking. It does not exactly boost his attack power, but it allows him to attack more frequently. Additionally, Neuvillette’s fourth Ascension passive Talent sees that, for each 1% of his current HP greater than 30% of his Max HP, he gains a 0.6% Hydro DMG Bonus, up to 30%. By recovering life with Sourcewater Droplets, Neuvillette can constantly have this buff active while using his Charged Attack.
Neuvillette is considered one of the strongest DPS characters in the game due to the amount of damage he can deal while using Equitable Judgment.
If Sigewinne’s release in Genshin Impact 4.7 does, in fact, feature this new way of creating Sourcewater Droplets, then Neuvillette may be getting an extra buff, if players put the two in the same team comp. Sigewinne’s rumored Sourcewater Droplets can help Neuvillette be less reliant on his Elemental Burst and be capable of using his Charged Attack without activating the Energy-based ability first. It really depends on whether the leak is true and how easily Sigewinne can produce these Sourcewater Droplets, but the leaks sound promising for Neuvillette.
What Sigewinne’s Leaked Sourcewater Droplets In Genshin Impact Do For Her
Character Is Rumored To Have A Bond Of Life Mechanic

Of course, it is very uncommon for characters to be crafted only to serve other units, which makes it highly unlikely that the rumored Sourcewater Droplets created by Sigewinne are dedicated to making Neuvillette even more broken. In fact, Foul’s leak mentions that these pick-ups have an effect on Sigewinne herself. According to the information about Genshin Impact 4.7, when Sourcewater Droplets are picked up, Sigewinne gains a Bond of Life equal to 10% of her Max HP and, when the debuff is removed, for every 2,000 points cleared, she gains 1 Energy point, up to 5 Energy Points.
It is worth noticing that the leak does not mention that Sigewinne has to pick up the Sourcewater Droplets herself, which implies another character, like Neuvillette, could pick them up and still trigger the Bond of Life effect on her.
The leaks also mention that, by using her Elemental Burst, Sigewinne can accelerate the absorption of Sourcewater Droplets – exactly how this works is uncertain, but she may pull them in instead of having to move around to grab them. The Burst is said to spray water, dealing damage to enemies in the radius in front of her for 2.5 for six instances that scale off her Max HP stat. Based on the description of her kit through Foul’s leaks, it is safe to assume she will operate as a healer in most team comps in Genshin Impact.

There are, however, ongoing rumors of her being a possible DPS unit as well. This argument can be sustained by the damage she allegedly deals with her abilities, which scale off her Max HP, as well as her rumored Constellation 6 (C6), which grants CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate boosts to her when she heals.
Previous leaks had compared her to Kokomi, who can also work as a healer or a DPS unit.
The leaks are still early, however, and, as is the case with any leaked information, it should be taken with a grain of salt. The information provided now is still highly subject to change and it may even be inaccurate in some instances. Nevertheless, it does seem like Sigewinne is going to be a reliable unit for healing, but an even better character when paired with Neuvillette. If the leaks are true, one of the strongest characters in the game is going to get even stronger with the release of Genshin Impact 4.7.
