Pokémon TCG: Twilight Masquerade Secret Rares & Pull Rates Revealed In Japanese Set

The secret rares for the Pokémon Trading Card Game's upcoming expansion, Twilight Masquerade, have officially been revealed online. Although Twilight Masquerade doesn't come out until May 26, 2024, in the US, it's already possible to see what's inside. This is the sixth main expansion in the Scarlet & Violet series. It's primarily focused on bringing Ogerpon, the new Pokémon introduced in The Teal Mask DLC for the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet video game, to the TCG.

Per a blog post on PokéBeach, there are 32 secret rares in Pokémon TCG's Twilight Masquerade expansion set. As per usual with Pokémon TCG sets, Twilight Masquerade comes out in Japan a month ahead of its US release. Some collectors have already been able to get their hands on the set, and have shared the secret rares they've found on social media. The Pokémon Company International has also revealed the English versions of a few secret rares officially. The secret rares in Twilight Masquerade are divided up as follows:

12 Illustration Rares

8 full art cards featuring Pokémon ex

3 full art Trainer cards

4 Special Illustration rare Pokémon

2 Special Illustration rare Trainer cards

3 gold cards

Each of the four the Special Illustration rare Pokémon cards in Twilight Masquerade features a different form of Ogerpon.

PokéBeach also reported on the pull rates of the cards in this expansion set. As for pull rates, players may expect to find four Double Rares, three Illustration Rares, one Secret Rare, and one ACE SPEC card in each booster box of Twilight Masquerade cards.
