Given that there are no delays following the episode's release, epsiode #3 of Black Butler -Public School Arc- should follow the same schedule as the previous two, airing on Saturday, April 27 at 9 AM (PDT), 11 AM (CDT), and 12 PM (EDT) on Crunchyroll.

In addition to a brand-new episode, Crunchyroll has officially announced the return of J. Michael Tatum and Brina Palencia as Sebastian and Ciel, respectively, in the English dub for the series, which will begin releasing episodes the same day.

Episode #2 picks up where episode #1 left off, and marks the return of a fan-favorite character

In episode #2 of Black Butler -Public School Arc-, the story picks up right where episode #1 left off, following Ciel's mission to get in the good graces of Crawford to try and gain social access to the Prefect 4 and continue his investigation into the disappearances around the college. Obviously, this actually means that Sebastian is expertly completing all of Ciel's chores while still maintaining his grace and composure as a housemaster.

The episode also reintroduces a number of side characters that have been featured in previous storylines, including Lizzie's older brother, Edward Midford, who praises Ciel thanks to his "hard work" at the school, and Prince Soma, a fan-favorite character that has been in and out of several of Black Butler's previous story arcs.

Ciel is also introduced to a new member of the supporting cast, Maurice Cole, a very pretty young boy who ends up tricking Ciel into being late to a very important meeting with the Prefect 4, which has ultimately led to Ciel's classmates scornfully turning against him. Now that he's been betrayed by his "in" at the Scarlet Fox house, Ciel needs someone he can trust to keep an eye on the conniving Maurice and help him get his reputation back in order; a task that's all too perfect for everyone's favorite prince, Soma.
