Below Deck has had its share of guest/crew member hookups.

Below Deck season 11’s late addition Dylan Pierre De Villiers set the record straight about whether he’s ever hooked up with a charter guest. Coming in as a late addition to replace Jared Woodin, Dylan quickly made an impression with his good looks. However, this didn’t last long, and Dylan has found himself entangled in drama regarding Marie “Sunny” Marquis and Ben Willoughby.

Below Deck star Dylan Pierre De Villiers revealed that he has previously hooked up with a charter guest, but doing so depends on the situation.

During an appearance on Andy Cohen's Bravo talk show Watch What Happens Live, Dylan revealed that he has previously hooked up with a charter guest. When asked if it’s okay to get involved with a guest, Dylan stated, “It all depends on the situation,” before admitting that he had gotten involved with a guest, but they made the first move.

Dylan went on to say, “As a professional, when you’re working in a yachting industry, you have to be professional, so if they do something from their part...they’re the paying guests. You have to do what they do.” This certainly implies that although the workers know that hooking up with guests is a no-no, they can't help it if the guests make the first move.

With Dylan’s admission that he has hooked up with a charter guest, it’s safe to say he’s not the only Below Deck star to have done so. The multiple seasons and spin-offs of the franchise have seen its fair share of flirty banter and hookups take place on and off the boat. On Below Deck Mediterranean, Kyle Viljoen found himself entangled with charter guest Frank Fay, after a few flirty conversations and a passionate kiss at the end of the charter.

In a sneak peek of the currently airing Below Deck season 11, it seems that Fraser Olender will also find himself embroiled in a boatmance with a charter guest by the name of Steve. Although the context of their hookup is unclear, it is known that the two will share a kiss either during the charter or afterward. Another instance occurred on Below Deck Down Under when deckhand Culver Bradbury found himself in a lip lock with a charter guest at a bar after the charter had ended.

In a famous did-she-or-didn’t-she moment, Below Deck Mediterranean season 2 star Hannah Ferrier found herself in the hot seat. After some heavy flirting with charter guest Jason Ziegler, Hannah headed to Jason’s room to ask a question, and audio seemed to pick up the two heavily making out. However, Hannah admitted that the two only kissed and that was it.

Although it seems that guest and worker hookups are frowned upon during the charter, that hasn’t stopped a few Below Deck stars from crossing the line. There are rules in place against these relationships, but this hasn’t deterred guests and charter employees from indulging in the forbidden. Dylan isn’t the first to cross this line with a guest, and he probably won’t be the last.

Below Deck airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo, then streams the following day on Peacock.
