Loren had been on a postpartum weight-loss journey after deciding to focus on her physical and mental health as she took a break from having kids. Loren had posted a no-filter video of herself in January 2023 to show her weight-loss progress, which was impressive, since Loren had dropped a significant amount of pounds by then. Loren’s face had become rounder and chubbier during pregnancy. Loren was avoiding food that could lead to water retention in her body to make her face look fuller. She was focusing on her portions too. The delicious meal pictured was only 240 calories.

Loren had confused her fans with a selfie showing bandages on her face. She said that all her “chins” were gone. Loren said she only had one chin now.
