I'm Convinced It’s Time For Big Ed To Take A Break From The 90 Day Fiancé Franchise
Summary Big Ed Brown should take a break from reality TV since he and Liz Woods broke up.
90 Day Fiancé fans are tired of seeing Big Ed on the show - his relationships have all ended in tears.
Big Ed should stay single rather than dating to get on reality TV shows - he should focus on himself.
After his breakup from Liz Woods on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8, I’m convinced that Big Ed Brown should take a break from reality TV. He first appeared in the franchise in Before the 90 Days season 4, when he traveled to the Philippines to meet Rosemarie Vega. While their relationship didn’t work out, Big Ed gave the dating scene another shot in 90 Day: The Single Life season 1, when he met Liz. They had a clear connection but would go on to break up and make up multiple times across many 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs.
In Happily Ever After? season 8, Big Ed and Liz split for the last time. He called off their wedding without letting the bride know. He’s treated his partner terribly over the years and failed to fully commit to their relationship. Big Ed was the worst to Liz and other 90 Day Fiancé personalities. He’s become a reality TV star because of the show - however, to gain so much clout, he had to break hearts and showcase negative aspects of himself. I believe Big Ed should part ways with the 90 Day Fiancé franchise and focus on being single.

Big Ed Has Been On Almost Every 90 Day Fiancé Spin-Off
90 Day Fans Are Getting Tired Of Seeing Big Ed On The Show
Close
Big Ed has been a cast member in many 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs. He was on Before the 90 Days, Pillow Talk, The Last Resort, two seasons of The Single Life, and two seasons of Happily Ever After?. He appeared on the mainstay series and The Other Way. Big Ed is a staple personality of the show, but that doesn’t mean that the audience wants to see him in the cast of every single spin-off. 90 Day Fiancé fans need a break from seeing him on television so often.
Big Ed’s Relationships Are Always Disasters
The reality star hasn’t had the best luck in love. Big Ed’s relationship with Rose in Before the 90 Days season 4 brought him into the limelight for all the wrong reasons. He’s 31 years older than her - he prefers younger women. Aside from their age gap, Big Ed said terrible things to Rose that sparked more controversy. After they split, he started dating Liz, who is 28 years older than him. They split by The Single Life season 1 Tell All, and he returned for season 2, to date Kaory from Mexico.
Big Ed didn’t mourn the loss of his relationship with Liz before returning to the show. To make matters worse, they announced that they were dating again during The Single Life season 2 Tell All. Big Ed’s co-stars warned Liz not to get back with him, but she didn’t listen. She had faith in her partner’s false promises. By the time their wedding drama cropped up, she felt betrayed.
If Big Ed Wants To Start Dating Again, He Should Do It Privately

It seems like Big Ed is dating only to be on reality TV. At times, it can be entertaining to watch him navigate his relationships on the show. However, his meetings with Rose and Kaory felt forced for the cameras. 90 Day Fiancé infamously casts controversial personalities on its shows, and it’s time they shuffled Big Ed out of the mix. He occupies a spot on the franchise’s main shows that goes to waste because of his lack of commitment. Since he called off his wedding, Big Ed will likely return to The Single Life, which would be so disappointing.
I think that Big Ed should pause. He needs a hiatus when it comes to appearing on 90 Day Fiancé shows. He’s been featured in multiple spin-offs, and his failing relationships seem contrived. Instead of casting Big Ed in popular spin-offs like The Last Resort and Happily Ever After?, I believe the casting team should cut ties with him and give fresh couples more opportunities within the franchise.
