Some lesser-known Pokémon featured in the leaks are making players happy.
These leaks give fans a preview of what to expect in the Scarlet & Violet Twilight Masquerade series.
Leaks for the upcoming cards in the Pokémon Trading Card Game have arrived, and the ex cards chosen come as a surprise to fans. The details of the newest expansion pack called Twilight Masquerade have been slowly released, with most of the secret rares and pull rates for these Pokémon already announced. They are set for release in late spring and will be one of many expansions included in the Scarlet & Violet series.
Four new ex cards have been discovered and shared by HoldAppropriate5252 to the PokeLeaks subreddit. The cards featured in this leak are Cinderace, Lapras, Terapagos, and Galvantula. The choices are surprising to fans, but many are happy with the inclusion of some not-so-loved Pokémon.
Cinderace has been included in quite a few specialty card releases, but Pokémon like Terapagos and Galvantula are often overlooked for other Pokémon on the roster. Fans are especially happy to see Lapras, even though they are among the Pokémon to be included in past specialty card releases.

Pokémon Like Galvantula and Terapagos Made Many Players Happy
There are at least seven Tera Pokémon ex and seven Pokémon ex cards included in Twilight Masquerade, so these leaks bring fans closer to knowing exactly which card they're hoping for when they buy their sets. The stats on these cards did come into question in some of the comments, especially Terapagos. There were also conflicting feelings about whether or not Lapras should be stronger than Cinderace, especially since they usually have the opposite stats and Lapras is seen as the stronger Pokémon.
As the release of the newest expansion looms closer, there is a chance that more leaks will happen since stock should start to trickle into stores within the next few weeks. Though none of the cards posted are truly legitimate until pulled from an actual pack, players can get a taste of what might be in store for this upcoming set. There is already one confirmed Illustration Rare in the Pokémon TCG: Twilight Masquerade set, and 20 more confirmed to be released. Fans are hopeful that their favorite Pokémon gets some love with this set.
