In the clip, Tammy wore a green tank top with delicate spaghetti straps that kept sliding off her narrow shoulders. When Tammy weighed over 700 pounds, it was hard for the 1000-lb Sisters star to find fashionable clothing that fit her properly, but now she can walk into any store and buy a trendy clothing item right off the rack. No longer relegated to pants with an elastic waistband, Tammy said goodbye to stretchy pants.

Before gastric bypass surgery, Tammy couldn't even stand on her own two feet for any length of time without the help of a walker, let alone dance. Since losing weight, Tammy has been a dancing queen who never stops shaking her stuff and enjoying her hard-won mobility.
