How To Unlock The Fated List of Minor Prophecies In Hades 2

In both Hades 2 and actual Greek mythology, the Fates are characters that have consistently shaped the world and schemings of the Gods and Goddesses. The Princess of the Underworld, Melinoe, regularly asks Fate to lend its aid in Hades 2. Although this might not always be successful, you can still unlock the Fated List of Minor Prophecies.

Veterans of the original Hades title will remember the Fated List of Minor Prophecies as a list of tasks you can complete for standard rewards. The item serves the same basic function in Hades 2, although it’s not free this time. Acquiring the Fated List and bringing it to the Crossroads where Melinoe, the new protagonist of Hades 2, resides is a relatively easy task, but it will require some investment, like all other incantations.

How To Get The Fated List Of Minor Prophecies In Hades 2

To get the Fated List of Minor Prophecies, you must first unlock the Fated Intervention Incantation. This is among the first Incantations you can acquire at the Cauldron located by Headmistress Hecate, Melinoe’s Witch ally in Hades 2. This Incantation costs one Silver, two Ashes, and two Moly. Notably, this initial Incantation does nothing, as Fate does not pick up Melinoe’s call.

Once you unlock Fated Intervention and eventually meet Moros, the son of Nyx and brother to the Fates, on your next run through the Underworld. Instead of giving the Fates’ direct help, Moros offers the Fated List of Minor Prophecies. Upon returning to the Crossroads following this run, you will see that the Fated List of Minor Prophecies has been delivered to your camp.

How To Use The Fated List Of Minor PropheciesIn Hades 2

The Fated List of Minor Prophecies is a reasonably standard questboard. Aside from completing the game, the list shows specific goals you can set for each run. The list might give objectives such as defeating and defeating a Guardian, gaining a specific boon, meeting certain gods or goddesses new to Hades 2, or performing similar tasks.

Melinoe will gain essential items in exchange for marking off objectives on the list. This can include seeds, Nectar, Reagents, Ashes, or other similar items.

To summon Moros through the Doomed Beckoning Incantation, you need three Fate Fabric and one Nightshade.

To recruit the mysterious Moros to your Crossroads camp, look for the "Harbinger of Doom" quest. This task requires you to summon Moros again, which can be done by fulfilling the Doomed Beckoning Incantation at the Cauldron.

If you die during your next run, you will find Moros standing beside the Fated list in your camp. Moros is an ally in Hades 2 like any other, offering friendship and Keepsake should you give him Nectar.
