One Of Starfield's Companions Just Became More Powerful Than Ever

One of Starfield's main companions just became more powerful than ever, thanks to a new mod. As with past Bethesda titles, players can recruit several NPCs to join them on their adventures, each with their own skills and abilities that make them an asset in different situations. Starfield features nearly 30 potential companions, four of whom are romanceable.
One of the four romanceable companions who was featured heavily in Starfield's main story is Sarah Morgan. Sarah is the first companion players can recruit, and her role as the Chair of Constellation ensures that she is more of a "good-aligned" character who will disapprove of morally dubious actions. While Sarah does have her own skills, including Astrodynamics, Lasers, Leadership, and Botany, the new mod from JTdd gives her the powers of a Starborn as well.

Sarah Has Three Starborn Options

The "Sarah Morgan Is Starborn" mod has three main options for Sarah's Starborn powers, catering to different situations and approaches. These include Destruction Born, which allows for a far more destructive playthrough with the likes of Supernova, Sunless Space, and Particle Beam, all at level 6, or Conjuration Born, which has Parallel Self 7 and Inner Demon 6, and Full Powers, which is the combination of both.
A breakdown of Sarah's Starborn powers is as follows:
Power Type Description Supernova 6 Destruction Cosmic energy explodes around Sarah with the force of a dying star. Sunless Space 6 Destruction Freezes enemies in their tracks. Particle Beam 6 Destruction Emits a ray of cosmic energy, dealing high levels of damage to a single target. Parallel Self 7 Conjuration Another, friendly version of Sarah arrives from across the multiverse to lend a hand in battle. Inner Demon Conjuration Summons a friendly duplicate of a normally unfriendly foe from across the multiverse to lend a hand in battle.
These powers are all unlockable for the main player throughout Starfield as well, by bringing artifacts back to the Lodge or Armillary and visiting each corresponding temple. Players are able to obtain 12 powers in each playthrough, with 24 powers in total, and each time players start a new game plus playthrough, they are able to level up these powers further by revisiting these temples.
The option to make Sarah Starborn is a fun one, and certainly adds some interesting abilities to her gameplay loop, especially if players haven't selected these five powers for themselves already. There is a theory that another companion, Barrett, may actually be a Starborn in Starfield's main storyline as he can receive Parallel Self as part of the World's Apart quest, and there have already been suggestions under JTdd's mod to have a similar one for the character in the future.
