Batman has always been a staple character of the Justice League. He's appeared in almost every single iteration and has created plenty of his own teams, like the Outsiders. But now Zur-En-Arrh is creating his own version of the Justice League, and it's possibly the darkest iteration of the team that the DC Universe has ever seen. Zur-En-Arrh is creating his own Justice League, and it's filled entirely with Batmen.

Zur-En-Arrh has been seeking total control over Gotham City, but many super-powered beings, including the Justice League, are willing to stand against him. This opposition has led Zur-En-Arrh to create his very own Justice League. Using Amazo android bodies, Zur-En-Arrh intends to place the personalities of Batmen across the Multiverse into them, as revealed in Batman #147 by Chip Zdarsky and Jorge Jiménez.

Not only are the Amazo androids some of the most deadly threats in the DC Universe, but Batman is also one of DC's most brilliant and dangerous minds. An entire League of unhinged Batman is one of the biggest threats that Earth has faced so far.

Zur Is Creating a League of Dangerous Amazos

Batman has spent most of his life training to take on any threat that he comes against. His analytical mind allows him to consistently come up with brilliant contingency plans that allow Batman to defeat enemies who are by all accounts much more powerful than him. This dangerous mind is what continually gets him a place in the Justice League, despite his lack of powers. But this new Zur-En-Arrh Justice League that the dark "Batman" is assembling will fix this problem, by creating a demented league of Batmen who have all the powers of the League.

Zur-En-Arrh has managed to build an entire league of Amazo androids, which are some of the most powerful beings on Earth. Amazo androids can copy the ability of anyone, and it seems Zur has created an Amazo for each member of the Justice League. This means that there will be a Batman with the powers of the Flash or the powers of Superman. Readers have already seen something similar during Dark Nights: Metal when an invasion of evil Batmen attacked Earth. Now it seems Zur is giving his own twist on this dark idea.

Fighting evil versions of the Justice League isn't anything new. The League has even gone up against twisted evil versions of a League made up of Batmen before. But this time, the fight is different. Not only will the League be losing their own powers due to DC's Absolute Power event, but these Amazos will have all the Justice League powers, not twisted or different versions of them, but their exact ones. Zur has been trying to build his own twisted Bat-Family by creating a Zur-En-Arrh Robin, and now it seems he's taking that a step forward for absolute control by making his own Justice League with each member being a twisted Batman.
