Xbox Game Pass Already Has Two Games Confirmed For June 2024

Summary Get ready for June with Game Pass releases like Rolling Hills: Make Sushi, Make Friends & Still Wakes The Deep for a diverse gaming experience.

Enjoy managing a restaurant as a Sushi Bot or surviving on a dark oil rig - two unique Day One releases coming next month on Xbox Game Pass.

Game Pass also has a stacked May with releases like Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 and Immortals of Aveum.

Xbox Game Pass users may still be trying to get through all the games added in the first half of May but that doesn't mean Microsoft isn't looking toward the future. One of the best promises the subscription service offers players is the opportunity to plan their months by forecasting what everyone can expect weeks before the games actually arrive on the platform. June is already shaping up to be an exciting month for the industry thanks to Summer Games Fest 2024 and these Game Pass releases should make it even sweeter.

As per Pure Xbox, Game Pass has already locked in two titles for June: Rolling Hills: Make Sushi, Make Friends by developer Catch & Release and Still Wakes The Deep by The Chinese Room. Both Day One releases, these titles offer distinctly different experiences for players who want a bit of variety in their library. The former is an idyllic take on restaurant management as players take on the role of an adorable robot programmed to make sushi while the latter is a terrifying exploration of the isolation and fear experienced on an oil rig.

Two Very Different Game Pass Experiences

At Little Something For Everyone!

Published by Humble Bundle, Rolling Hills is shaping up to be a wholesome management game where players must make unique sushi dishes while running their establishment, making friends with customers at the same time. As the Sushi Bot, the entire restaurant can be built and redesigned, meaning the experience can be customized to suit whichever cozy vision one may have for their culinary outlet. The game is schedule to drop on June 4, kicking off the month with a warm atmosphere and feel-good energy.

Then, dropping on June 18, Still Wakes The Deep looks like the perfect answer to players looking for something a little more creepy then what's generally found on Game Pass. Designed by the team behind the cult classic Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs and the renowned Everbody's Gone To Rapture, users will need to use their wits to survive on an oil rig that's suddenly and mysteriously lost all power and connections to the outside world. With no weapons and now powers, it's a struggle to survive when everything has seemingly been turned into a deadly trap.

While Xbox Game Pass subscribers may be eager to play Rolling Hills and Still Wakes The Deep, there's still plenty to anticipate in May. Before the month comes to an end, a flurry of exciting games like Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 and Moving Out 2 will arrive on the platform. Additionally, the explosive and underrated fantasy shooter Immortals of Aveum will also be added as a part of EA Play.
