Both Paris and Nick had moments of being out of line on Below Deck, causing tension among the crew.
Paris Field and Chef Nick Tatlock have been butting heads on Below Deck, but it appears that they have put the past behind them. Neither Paris nor Nick started out as crew members in Below Deck season 11. Stew Cat Baugh left partway through the season in what has been described as the fastest departure in Below Deck history. Paris replaced her a few episodes later. Meanwhile, Nick replaced Chef Anthony Iracane, who was fired after way too many charter guests made complaints about his meals, including his lack of organizational and time management skills.
Paris Field and Chef Nick Tatlock are now friends with each other after engaging in a feud on Below Deck.
Paris and Chef Nick didn't see eye-to-eye when they interacted on Below Deck. However, their recent interaction on Instagram confirmed that they are now friendly and not holding any resentment against each other. Paris posted a video in which she jokingly made fun of her fellow Below Deck cast members who started GoFundMe pages. She said she wanted to get in on the action and start a GoFundMe fundraiser to help her replace her tooth. The video took place while she sat in the dentist's chair.
Paris' caption indicated that she was merely joking and requested that fans donate to "people in actual need not us tossers." Multiple Below Deck stars replied in the comments section, including Chef Nick, who said he would donate his beer fund for her tooth. Paris hilariously responded, "I reckon you need the beer after dealing with me lol." That prompted Nick to acknowledge that the two of them are able to look back on their tense Below Deck scenes and laugh, saying, "[It] wouldn’t [have] been the same without you! At least it’s funny to watch now."
Was Paris Or Chef Nick Out Of Line On Below Deck?
Close
Below Deck always has its fair share of dramatic and stressful moments between various cast members. In recent episodes of Below Deck season 11, Paris and Nick have been getting on each other's nerves. Paris was adamant that some of his dishes needed to be prepared a certain way, which obviously bugged him since she's not a chef or even the chief stew. It was a sign of insubordination, which got to the point where Captain Kerry Titheradge stepped in and told Paris that she needed to know her place in the hierarchy on board the St. David.

Paris' behavior doesn't mean Nick is the victim in this Below Deck feud. He's also had his moments where he was clearly out of line. When Paris suggested adding a bunch of mayonnaise to one of the meals, Nick made a dig at Paris' weight, which was uncomfortable to watch. It was all downhill from there between the two of them. They continued bickering almost every time they interacted with each other. Other Below Deck crew members started to notice the tension.

Fraser Olender butted heads with Chef Nick as well. The chief stew also complained about Chef Anthony, so it's clear he needs to work on improving his working relationships with multiple crew members. That aside, some of the complaints Fraser had about Nick were valid, just as Paris shouldn't have been on the receiving end of the chef's inappropriate comments. There are many people in the wrong here. With only one charter left to go in Below Deck season 11, hopefully, Paris and Nick can put their differences aside and end on a high note.
Below Deck airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
