Outer Range Season 3 Prospects Get An Update From Josh Brolin
Summary Josh Brolin is open to Outer Range season 3, despite usually preferring movie work over TV due to the longer commitment on the small screen.
Brolin finds the idea of carrying a character for an extended period challenging.
Despite his usual mentality, Brolin admits that Outer Range has a unique hold on him, leaving him unsure why.
Josh Brolin updates prospects for Outer Range season 3, as season 2 drops on Prime Video.
Brolin is back for more mystery-box storytelling in Outer Range season 2, and recently addressed the possibility of season 3 happening, saying he is game to do more, even though, in general, he prefers the relatively easy work of making movies to the grind of doing television. Check out his remarks below (via Variety):
“The idea of a Season 3 is very intriguing and not something I would necessarily, in most cases, look forward to. Wanting to carry a character that far for that long, even the idea of doing a play for two years just sounds awful to me. You want to get in there, 12 weeks of work, have your impact, hope it is good and get out. I think that is much more my mentality, and it is why I got out of TV in the first place. ... But this is different. This has its hook in me. I don’t know exactly why. I don’t think any of us does.”
More to come...
