Attention Gotham City Sirens Cosplayers! Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman Get the Ultimate Cowgirl Makeover In Terry Dodson Covers
Terry Dodson’s covers, showcased above, give the Gotham City Sirens a distinctive cowgirl twist to their iconic styles. Among these covers, one features Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy adorned in western attire, seated atop a Bison while Selina dotes on the creature affectionately. While this scene exudes humor, it also serves as excellent inspiration for cosplay, especially for Ivy and Harley's cowgirl-themed outfits in their signature colors. Ivy dons a green ensemble with a vest, bootleg pants, gloves, and a matching cowboy hat, while Harley sports her classic red and black attire, complete with a dress, boots, gloves, and white cowboy hat.
While Dodson’s main cover for issue #1 doesn’t give Selina Kyle a cowgirl makeover, the cover for issue #3 sees Catwoman joining the western-themed fun. Remaining faithful to Catwoman’s iconic skin-tight, black spandex attire, Selina is depicted in an all-black cowgirl ensemble, sporting a sleeveless bodysuit, fringed gloves, a matching cowboy hat, and her signature whip. Behind her, Harley and Poison Ivy are dressed similarly to their outfits in the first cover, with Harley's attire notably deviating as she swaps her mini dress for a vest and matching pants. The sheer ingenious design of these costumes makes them perfect for cosplay.
Natacha Bustos Gives the Gotham City Sirens a Colorful Western Makeover Perfect For Cosplay
Artist Natacha Bustos' variant cover for the series also offers a delightful array of looks for fans to emulate, depicting the Sirens in various western-themed attire. Selina's appearance is subtly western, with a poncho draped over her shoulder and a bolo tie adorning her neck, while Ivy opts for a casual ensemble, complete with boots and a cowboy hat. Harley, on the other hand, fully embraces the cowgirl aesthetic, sporting an outfit reminiscent of Jessie from Toy Story. With such diverse options, cosplayers have plenty of inspiration to create their own western-themed Gotham City Sirens outfits.

Catwoman A simultaneous adversary and love interest to Batman, the acrobatic burglar Catwoman first appeared in DC comics in 1940. Since then, different iterations have shown the character as a villain or an anti-hero. Though Selina Kyle is the best-known Catwoman, other in-universe characters have taken on the moniker, namely, Holly Robinson and Eiko Hasigawa. However, Selina is the one to most commonly appear in movies, usually in a love-hate, chess match dynamic with the Dark Knight.
