Honkai: Star Rail - All Chest Locations On Dreamflux Reef In Penacony
The larger region of Penacony has many subsections that you can explore for chests in Honkai: Star Rail, but Dreamflux Reef has one of the largest collections of treasure. This location hosts 17 different chests for you to track down and open for various rewards. With two different floors on your map for this area, it may be difficult to pinpoint exactly where each container might be found.
Similar to the Reverie (Reality) chests in Honkai: Star Rail also in the Penacony region, no treasure will show up on your map as an icon. Without any symbols showing where a container could be, you have to search every part of the map yourself. Try to explore corners, go down paths that seem to lead nowhere, and double-check places you've run past to see if you missed a chest.

Search Narrow Alleys And Hidden Paths
Be careful to not mistake treasure chests for Lordly Trashcans or puzzles that also yield rewards for exploration of an area. Regular containers do not require you to solve a riddle and only ask you to interact with the chest to open it. Claiming your prize is incredibly easy, but only after you have made the effort to track down a chest's location in the sometimes confusing sprawl of an area's map.
Treasure chests can reward you with a variety of items, including Relic EXP Material, Credits, Trailblaze EXP, and the often elusive Stellar Jade currency in Honkai: Star Rail.
The first chests you can find on the first floor of the Dreamflux Reef area can be found in these locations:

Close Chest #3 Go from Chest #2 and head north from the central hallway before taking a right into the first alley you see. You should see this chest next to a sofa and a few wooden crates. Close Chest #4 Once again, head north through the central hallway from Chest #3 and turn right into the next alley you see. The chest here is right before the elevator, in a smaller space next to a large metal fence. Close

Use Various Landmarks To Explore
The second floor of the Dreamflux Reef area is much larger than the first, with more treasure chests scattered around for you to find. Similar to tracking down the locations of elusive Warptrotters in Honkai: Star Rail, you want to investigate sections of the map that are big enough to have a container. Places that are too small to fit one of the containers you need can easily be skipped as you go past various hallways and other paths.
One of the best ways to find treasure chests on the second floor is to use the various Space Anchors as landmarks to understand where your character is. These Anchors are like fast travel points in Honkai: Star Rail, allowing you to teleport all around Dreamflux Reef at will. This mechanic makes it much easier to revisit areas that may contain a chest you missed or reach one's location faster without having to walk.
As you can see in the above video by WoW Quests, several chests are next to important vendors or NPCs that you can also use as valuable landmarks to keep your bearings in Dreamflux Reef.
Here are the locations of all the chests you can discover on Dreamflux Reef's second floor:

Close Chest #6 As you travel west from the Timesplit Square Space Anchor, go down the stairs until you see another pair of steps in front of you. The chest will be in the small space to the left of the stairs near some discarded trash. Close Chest #7 Go up the stairs past Chest #6 until you reach Jessie's Snack, a vendor shop at the top of the area. The chest can be found next to a drum set and a bulletin board with a wooden crate and several papers on the ground. Close Chest #8 Travel to the Bygoneville Space Anchor, then head west until you reach the end of the section past the food truck. Keep traveling west into the corner of a narrow path to find the chest at the end surrounded by broken metal fences and some trash. Close Chest #9 Find Kirk the Toy Merchant toward the southwest of the floor, then travel around the vendor into the hallways south of them. The chest will be in front of a door next to a couch under some graffiti sprayed onto a wall. Close

The chest can be seen among some chairs and wooden crates on the southwestern edge of the platform towards a railing. Close Chest #12 Travel to the Slumbertown Space Anchor before heading directly southeast from the fast travel point. The chest will be a few steps away in a narrow alley blocking a flight of stairs. Close Chest #13 Take a few steps east from the Slumbertown Space Anchor to spot this chest down a small set of stairs to your right. Close Chest #14 Head west from the Timesplit Square Space Anchor and take a right to spot a flight of metail stairs. Descend these steps to find the chest in front of some crates behind the stairs on the metal walkway. Close
The materials and EXP you get from basic treasure chests can help you build a stronger team ready to adapt to the changes, events, and new game modes in Honkai: Star Rail introduced in various updates.
Treasure Chest How/Where To Find Map Image Chest #15 On the southern section of this floor, interact with the Spheroid Signpost next to some crates and spend 1 Aideen Token to reach the area's Rooftop. Here, you should see the chest in a room with many wooden crates near some stairs. Close Chest #16 Once you unlock the section to the very north of this floor of Dreamflux Reef, travel to the A Child's Moonlight Space Anchor to find the chest only a few steps away next to some wooden benches. Close Chest #17 Head south from the A Child's Moonlight Space Anchor and down all three flights of stairs to see the chest next to the railing right before the descending circular staircases to the left and right. Close
Containers are not the only places where you can receive rewards in the Dreamflux Reef area, as there are many Dream Ticker machines you can repair across the region through puzzles. Once you find the locations of all the chests in Dreamflux Reef, you should consider finding each of these robots in Honkai: Star Rail as you continue to explore the larger Penacony region.
