While trying to return home in Little Kitty, Big City, you will come across several new friends, including a magical chameleon that will task you with finding him all over the city. When you first encounter the chameleon, he will be a little put off by how easily he can be spotted and thus, will encourage a game of hide and seek to prove how well he can hide from you.

After the game begins, he will disappear and reappear in a new location. Despite the chaotic feel of the game, which is reminiscent of Stray and the Untitled Goose Game, Little Kitty, Big City will try to offer some help in the form of riddles. Find the Chameleon 9 Times For A Cosmetic Reward

To start the hide-and-seek game, you will need to find the Chameleon for the first time and speak with him. Following that, you will need to see the city through a cat's eyes and look for him in particularly high, out-of-reach, locations.

He must be tracked down in a specific order and spoken with every time to officially progress the mission. Once you have tracked him down at every location, you will be rewarded with his iconic appearance, the Magician's Top Hat, that you can then equip on Little Kitty.

It's recommended that you unlock fast travel points with the Tanuki in Little Kitty, Big City before progressing through this mission to complete it as fast as possible.

Don't forget to interact with him before leaving, so he will re-hide and provide a clue. Spot 3 - Red Close For the third location, head to the playground and climb the stairs to the slide . Inside, head to the right side of the store and use the toy boxes to climb and reach the ceiling display of toys. The chameleon will be hiding behind the toys on that ledge, orange this time.

Spot 7 - Light Blue Close For the seventh Chameleon, you will need to head to the southwest corner of the map where you'll find a truck with a stack of boxes on the back of it .

. From here, you should be able to see the chameleon on the wall down the alley next to it, but you will need to climb the truck and then scale around the pipes and vents in the alley to reach it. Spot 8 Close For the eighth chameleon, you will need to head back to the small plaza area in the top left corner where you began heading for the 6th chameleon.

Go past the vending machines, down the path on the left, and you should see a chameleon sitting on the back of a sign on the left-hand side. Spot 9 (Last Location) Close For the last spot, you will need to head to the southeastern portion of the map near the small construction setup . There will be a tiny crawlspace where you can head inside and find a dog bone lying on the ground.

Then climb on the crates next to him and work your way up and around them until you reach an open bathroom window.
