The way the story mixes fantasy action with parody comedy has always made for a lot of laughs, and the animation accompanying it has always done a lot to further emphasize every big moment, especially in season 2.

There are few anime quite like Mashle: Magic and Muscles, and there’s finally news of its return. Two months following the season 2 finale, it was announced that Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 3 was officially in development, and very appropriately, a hilarious new teaser was released to go along with the announcement.

There’s currently no word about when season 3 will officially premiere, but with the story it’s set to cover, it will certainly be well worth the wait. Season 2 ended with a series of cliffhangers, after the main villain of the story, Innocent Zero, revealed himself. To drive him away, Mash had to reveal his identity as a magic-less to the public, meaning that he and his friends will be executed if he fails to become Divine Visionary.

Season 3 will pick up from there, with Mashle's quiet days at Easton Academy probably gone forever. Fans of the series can expect more shenanigans, intense battles, incredible muscular feats, and most importantly, cream puffs, when Mashle: Magic and Muscles comes back for season 3.
