Morgan's Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 2 Return Chances Addressed By Showrunner

The Criminal Minds: Evolution season 2 showrunner addresses the return chances for the character of Derek Morgan. Morgan is portrayed by Shemar Moore in Criminal Minds, beginning his tenure of the character all the way back in 2005. Criminal Minds is still running, and finished its 16th overall season, which is also known as Criminal Minds: Evolution season 1. Criminal Minds: Evolution has since been renewed for season 2.

As per TV Line, showrunner Emily Prentiss provides an update as to whether Moore will return for Criminal Minds: Evolution season 2. Check out the quote from Prentiss below:

We didn’t have any [opportunity] this season; he was, he thought, finishing his run on S.W.A.T., and now they have a renewal.
