Bad Boys: Ride or Die continues the franchise's tone of hard-hitting action with moments of comedy.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence look badass in new images from Bad Boys: Ride or Die. After first playing the characters back in 1995, Smith and Lawrence return as Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett, respectively, in the new sequel from directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. Bad Boys: Ride or Die sees Mike and Marcus attempting to clear the name of the late Captain Howard (Joe Pantoliano), eventually finding themselves on the run from law enforcement as they become tangled up in a larger conspiracy.

As the Bad Boys: Ride or Die release date approaches, EW releases new images from the movie, teasing an action-packed ride for Mike and Marcus. While the images highlight just how badass the two characters can be, they also hint that the pair will remain as funny as ever. Check out the images below:
