A clip from the upcoming episode of Doctor Who shows the Doctor getting blocked on social media. The iconic British science fiction show, which ran for 26 seasons between 1963 and 1989 before being revived in 2005, follows a Time Lord with the ability to regenerate form who is known as The Doctor and travels through time and space in a vehicle called the TARDIS that looks like a police call box. The latest regeneration of the character, the Fifteenth Doctor, is played by Ncuti Gatwa in the ongoing Doctor Who season 14.

On the official BBC Doctor Who X account, they recently shared a clip from the upcoming season 14 episode "Dot and Bubble." Check it out below:

The clip shows Lindy Pepper-Bean (Callie Cooke) scrolling through a futuristic social media feed during a beatific tooth brushing session and reacting with joy to various posts that pop up. However, the Doctor’s unsolicited message, warning of encroaching monsters and impending danger, does not match the soft, glowing atmosphere of the rest of the feed, which gets the Doctor blocked despite his good intentions.
