Star Wars Has Finally Solved A 4-Year-Old Mandalorian Mystery
Warning! This article contains SPOILERS for Star Wars: Tales of the Empire.
Summary Bo-Katan's knowledge of Ahsoka's location in The Mandalorian has finally been revealed in the Tales of the Empire series.
Bo-Katan was the one who received Corvus' call for help, leading Ahsoka to Calodan on her behalf.
There is a strong likelihood that Bo-Katan and Ahsoka will team up again in future Star Wars stories, potentially to protect Mandalore.
For the past 4 years, Bo-Katan Kryze's knowledge of Ahsoka Tano's location in The Mandalorian has been a mystery left unsolved, but the new Tales of the Empire animated series has at last answered this lingering question. Bo-Katan and Ahsoka have been allies ever since Star Wars: The Clone Wars season 7, when Bo-Katan sought out Ahsoka for her help to take down Maul during the Siege of Mandalore. This unlikely alliance proved to still be ongoing by The Mandalorian season 2, but the full details of how or why have long since gone unexplained.
When Din Djarin requests information about the Jedi from Bo-Katan, she assures him that she can take him to one, eventually leading her to tell him that he can find Ahsoka Tano in the city of Calodan on the planet Corvus. How exactly Bo-Katan knows Ahsoka's location has been a long-running mystery, especially given the fact that Bo-Katan and Ahsoka were both very involved in their own respective missions at the time. Now, Star Wars has finally provided an answer to this question in the Tales of the Empire series, providing the context for Bo-Katan's Jedi intel.

Bo-Katan Was The One Who Received Corvus' Call For Help
Bo-Katan Must Have Sent Ahsoka To Calodan On Her Behalf
Close
At the end of a three-episode arc focusing on Morgan Elsbeth, the Nightsister Magistrate of Calodan on Corvus, Tales of the Empire reveals that Bo-Katan received a distress signal from a New Republic ambassador. While the call was left unanswered due to Morgan destroying the device, there's no doubt that this was meant to inform viewers about how Bo-Katan knew Ahsoka was on Corvus. It's likely that Bo-Katan was the one who informed Ahsoka of the unanswered call, which then led the Jedi to visit the forested city on her own.
Bo-Katan Could Call On Ahsoka For Help Once Again
If Mandalore Is Put At Risk, Ahsoka & Her Padawan Could Reinforce Them
While it's still unclear why exactly Bo-Katan didn't join Ahsoka on Corvus, it's still evident that Bo-Katan relies on her Force-sensitive ally for help. This makes it likely that the two allies will be paired up yet again in future Star Wars stories, especially with both Ahsoka season 2 and Dave Filoni's The Mandalorian era culmination movie on the horizon. Now that Bo-Katan is rebuilding Mandalore, she could need Ahsoka's help in keeping the vulnerable planet safe - as well as that of her Mandalorian Jedi Padawan, Sabine Wren.

Mandalore is clearly a threat to the Imperial remnants, as revealed during the meeting of the Imperial Shadow Council in The Mandalorian season 3. It was said by Captain Pellaeon, Grand Admiral Thrawn's right hand, that "a resurgent Mandalore would hamper our efforts," which means Mandalore could very well be at more risk now than ever before. In that case, Star Wars could be making good on this alliance that first resurfaced in The Mandalorian, especially since the franchise is giving new context to Bo-Katan and Ahsoka's relationship four years later.
