The Bachelorette season 21 starring Jenn Tran doesn't premiere until July 8, but another one of her hometown dates has been spoiled. Jenn, a 26-year-old physician assistant student from Hillsdale, New Jersey, who's currently living in Miami, Florida, first stole Bachelor Nation's heart when she was a contestant on Joey Graziadei's Bachelor season. Even though she told him that she was falling in love with him, he eliminated her right before his hometown dates. Jenn has since gotten over her heartbreak, and is now ready to continue her journey to find love on The Bachelorette season 21.
In a May 5 X post, Reality Steve revealed that Devin Strader received one of Jenn's hometown dates. He shared a picture of the 27-year-old from Houston, Texas, and wrote, "(SPOILER): One of Jenn's hometown dates that took place earlier this week was in Houston, TX with Devin Strader."
In the comments section of the post, one X user stated that Devin looked like The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise alum Joe Amabile, while another agreed, saying that he looked as though he could be Joe's younger brother.

In an April 26 X post, Reality Steve had previously spoiled that Jenn's first hometown date went to Marcus Shoberg, a 31-year-old from Raleigh, North Carolina. Jenn and Marcus were spotted at Titlow Beach in Tacoma, Washington, where the date was filmed. Reality Steve explained "a little backstory," about the date. He said that after Marcus was in the army, he lived in the Seattle area. Many of his army friends still live there. Reality Steve stated, "He does not have a great relationship with his parents who don't live in Washington. So my guess is that's why his hometown is being filmed there."
Jenn's Bachelorette season promises to be a great adventure. It won't take place at the Bachelor Mansion, but rather the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, California. Jenn's season also has several international dates, including in Australia and New Zealand. In March, Jenn's 28 potential suitors were revealed. It'll be thrilling to see if either Devin or Marcus makes it to the end with her, and if they get engaged. It'll also be exciting to see who received Jenn's other hometown dates.
Jenn is the first Asian American Bachelor franchise lead. When she was a contestant on Joey's Bachelor season, she shared a lot about her Vietnamese background. On Instagram, she has discussed how important representation is to her. It's wonderful that Jenn will have the chance to continue to represent her culture in a positive light on the show. In addition, she's ready to find her husband. Jenn was the perfect choice to be The Bachelorette for many reasons, and, hopefully, one of these hometown dates will lead to her falling in love with the love of her life.
The Bachelorette season 21 premieres on July 8 at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
