One of the best tips for any game of Connections, but especially today's, is to utilize the shuffle button. This often-overlooked tool can be useful in so many ways. Many times the game will set words next to each other to trick you into thinking it's a proper category. The first thing any player should do when opening their game is to click that Shuffle button a few times to not allow the placed misdirections to take hold.

Yellow Answers: Revealed & Explained
DELI BREAD OPTIONS BUN HERO ROLL WRAP
Although it wasn't a flawless victory in today's game, we did score each category in the order the game denotes as easiest to hardest. Yellow was first, WRAP and HERO were the two words that eventually started the idea for us.
We did lose an attempt trying to make the rhyming words work. WRAP, YAP, TRAP, SNAP, CLAP, and TAP were all focused on for way too long. The four-letter words were tried but met with a loss. A second attempt was lost trying to make hairstyles work with WRAP, BUN, BOB, and CHOPS.
Green Answers: Revealed & Explained
SLANG FOR MOUTH CHOPS KISSER TRAP YAP
After the yellow category was scored it became a bit easier to ignore the rhymes. KISSER and TRAP were the two words that started us down the 'Mouth' category. CHOPS didn't quite make sense in our head, but it was the only one that might fit. We went for it and scored the win.
Google later proved that CHOPS is indeed something people use to say mouth.
