Loren from Hollywood, Florida currently stars in season 9 of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off with Alexei Brovarnik, and their three kids. Loren and Alexei have been an integral part of the franchise through their highs and lows since they married in 2015. Loren enjoys being a full-time stay-at-home mom and a mommy influencer, but having three kids within three years took a toll on her body.

Loren wanted to get her pre-pregnancy body back since her second pregnancy in 2022. Loren had been dead set on getting a full-body transformation and nothing was going to change her mind. She was focused on wellness and exercise and ensured she shared her postpartum progress on social media as she hit the gym regularly and ate healthily. Loren has been open about having body dysmorphia, and she admits that she feels “snatched” now. It was the reason why she decided to undergo her mommy makeover. Loren may have become more conscious of how she looked after having her third baby. She preferred loose clothing and was rarely seen with makeup in her photos.

Loren’s surgery lasted for seven hours. The road to recovery was even longer as it was supposed to take six weeks and took much longer. Loren had failed to take her recovery seriously. She continued with her daily life and couldn’t get herself to ignore the pile of laundry or the dirty dishes. Loren had an infection that slowed down her recovery process. However, Loren had her kids by her side as she made way for the new Loren Brovarnik. Loren posed for a picture with her sons in September 2023, calling them “truly the best medicine.”
