John Stamos is singing about an apocalypse inspired by legendary candymaker Willy Wonka in a new parody music video. Stemming from the 1964 Roald Dahl novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wonka is canonically the greatest candymaker of all time, and the character has appeared in a number of films. Most recently, the inventor was displayed in the prequel musical Wonka, which starred Timothée Chalamet as the titular chocolatier. Stamos has never been involved in a Willy Wonka film, and is best known for playing Jesse in Full House.
Now, the Willy’s Candy Spectacular YouTube channel has posted a bizarre Wonka-based music video starring Stamos, who sings about the apocalypse caused by Willy Wonka. Check it out below:
