In the clip, Tammy is rocking fiery red hair and multicolored purple and green nails. This was while she was still in the process of losing weight, so she was still wearing her oxygen tubes. After contracting COVID-19, Tammy's doctors put her on oxygen, and she continued to need it even after she recovered.

At her size, there was so much weight on her chest that her lungs couldn't expand enough on their own.

One amazing thing about this TikTok clip is that Tammy is sitting in a regular car seat. When Tammy weighed over 600 pounds, she couldn't ride in a car. On the rare occasion Tammy would leave the house, she would need to be driven around in the back of a minivan with the center seats ripped out so she could sit on the floor. It was a huge milestone when Tammy lost enough weight to sit in a regular car seat and wear a seat belt.
